Messick has been responsible for some of the most influential and groundbreaking reality and sports television of the last two decades, including his Emmy winning work as Director and Show Runner on the original "Survivor," the highest rated summer series in television history. Messick moved on to Executive Produce and direct two other network series, "Boot Camp" and "Bachelorettes in Alaska" for FOX, He also Exec. Produced and Directed "Battle of the Network Stars" for NBC. Without slowing his pace, Scott Messick opened MESS MEDIA, his own production company with the mission statement of bringing an audience the high-powered excitement and raw entertainment of reality television. MESS MEDIA has produced series for most major cable networks incuding FX "Nascar Drivers 360", MTV "Magic Johnson's Streetball", ESPN "I'd Do Anything", SPIKE "Carpocalypse", ABC FAMILY "Look of Love" Messick's most recent projects include OXYGEN'S "Fight Girls", CMT's "Ty Murray's Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge", G-4's Halo 3 Competition, "Madden Nation", which aired its fourth season this fall on ESPN, and SPIKE'S third season of "Pros vs. Joes".
Scott resides in Santa Monica, CA with his wife and two young boys.
